Because many of our products include beauty, personal care, and specialty items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after an order has been processed and shipped. All purchases are considered final.

Order Issues

We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if an incorrect item was sent, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

To help us review your request, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item received

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

After reviewing the information, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Products Not Eligible for Return

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cosmetics and makeup products

  • Personal care items

  • Opened or used merchandise

  • Clearance, discounted, or final-sale products

Shipping Information

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Cutee Things is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. CuteeThings is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery has been confirmed.
